Privacy, in plain words.
What we collect
When you email us at hello@nimblebadger.com, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. That’s it. We don’t run analytics on our marketing site, we don’t set cookies beyond what’s technically required, and we don’t embed third-party trackers.
What we do with it
We read your message and reply. If you become a client, we keep correspondence related to the engagement in our email archive and project-management tools. If you don’t, we delete inbound emails after 12 months.
Who we share it with
No one, outside of the subprocessors we need to run the business — our email provider, our accounting software, and our project-management tool. We can provide a list on request.
We have never sold client data. We never will.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@nimblebadger.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll note the change date above and keep the previous version available on request.
